In 2010, MH Connectors was acquired by EDAC (Europe) Ltd. The EDAC Group consists of MH Connectors, MH Connectors France, MH Connectors Asia, EDAC Inc, EDAC Europe, EDAC Dongguan, EDAC Taiwan and Norcomp. The company is privately held.

MH Connectors manufacturing resources include an integrated facility capable of high volume throughput with precision moulding, stamping, plating and assembly. Tool design and maintenance are controlled by corporate staff. In addition, MH Connectors in-house hardware operation offers fast turn-around on connector hardware and custom packaging requirements. This coupled with our immensely experienced Engineering Group enable us to assist customers with full product development support from the initial concept stage through to a completed design including tooling, design validation and verification with samples, prototypes and pilot production.
